"Positive" is not the word. Did you read the announcement? "Our discussion, based on their in-depth review, reflected their shared desire to see us succeed in enabling these patients to quit by ameliorating symptoms that have precluded previous quit attempts". this is a carefully worded sentence. It must have the approval of the FDA. I can't claim to have vast experience in these matters, but I have not seeen or heard of anything like such a positive endorsement of a new drug by the FDA. It is spectacular. It is enormously encouraging for our other programmes for Nadolol in COPD. The market will probably largely ignore this, but you can be sure that the parties with which Fergana is negotiating will be right across all the nuances in the announcement.
