Well we are currently suspended by the asx for going into receivership after being in voluntary suspension for many months. I assume asx will lift the suspension but we will go back into voluntary so not much changes there.

Next we wait to hear about the negotiations with respect with Glencore with respect to restructuring of the business (as per the announcement). I suspect Glencore will end up owning some or all of us in exchange for all or some of the debt and we will all end up owning less % of AR1 or a very small holding in Glencore. Either is better than I expected last week but still not going to be some great outcome where we all come out rich.

I only have a very small holding here, so anything is nice but not such a big deal. I am delighted for those holders with much larger holdings who may come out of this with a something decent after all.
