Many Canadian based gold producers have a conference call shortly after they release their quarterly reports. EVR has had one ever since I followed them (which is since they merged with Oz based ADU).
We will know if there is anything extra good or bad only after the quarterly report is released. I am not expecting anything bad, and expect they are simply progressing in the manner previously indicated by them. EVR does not tend have a lot of surprises, other than when they announce a merger, as was the case with Avion and got some great assets from that deal.
I will be looking to see how their net borrowings have come down since their last report. It is the relatively high net borrowings at a time of lowish POG that is holding down the share price. My expectation is that net borrowings have dropped USD15m, but I would not be surprised if they did better than that despite spending quite a bit on developing the underground mine in Mali and some other projects. However, the big spend on developing the Agbaou mine in the Ivory Coast is over and that is generating very good free cashflow.
