I hear that Endo is stepping up its safety proceedures getting set for minning. I think they are the quiet achievers of the industry. 10m of good thermal coal at Orion downs at shallow depths is just the start. If someone doesn't make a takeover bid on this alone I will be very supprised. (namely Xstrata, as it would be in there interests as they could mine into their lease from this point.
My personal suggestion would be to buy up while they are at these prices. Too much happening and planned to stay at these levels.
