The business community had created this problem by changing the voting system to protect their own rewards, reason being, from the activist Mum & Dad holders over remuneration.
Now these holders in a supposedly a public company have been dissuaded from voting; even if they are the largest numbers of individual holders in a company.
There even no protection in corp act from a large holder banning a hybrid meeting!
