TO'L & team are genuinely chancing ILU on this transformative project. Very useful risk-sharing with government, yet considerable unknowns remain.
Can ILU develop a viable process to metallise its separated rare earth oxides?
Will there be strong enough demand in five years to justify good prices?
Will fickle government continue to support ILU?
