clearly letting contract to Enerflex in modular form increases value of all projects... They bring very thorough.
no different to emerging gold mine not stating final cost of development before production starts.
They have a result and clearly cost of this progress paid for. Y Energex to win the contract
fact they m as king progress while tank on empty is encouraging( to me anyway)
