Why is Paladin buying more uranium tenements, including by dilution of shares, when it is already trying its damndest to cut costs, it has a mine in Care & Maintenance, it has massive uranium deposits in Queensland that look like they are now NOT going to be allowed to mine (Valhalla and Skal), and the uranium price is still lurking around $US35 /lb?
I would have thought that spending both real money and more shares would the LAST thing they'd want to do....
