Here's Magnis from NY 22nd Sept Release:
"...[ASX:MNS) is pleased to announce that Imperium3 New York, a related entity to the global consortium Imperium3 which Magnis is a one third owner..."

So, third owner in Imperium3 but only 'related entity' to Imperium3 NY.
Not like Magnis to be shy if actually 1/3 owner in Imperium3 NY and much easier to state than mouthful above. Easy to understand how journo made mistake.

Here's NY Gov.s understanding of Imperium3 NY composition from press release covering ann:
"The Imperium3NY consortium was formed by nearly 10 companies, with three Southern Tier companies serving as its backbone:
C4V (Binghamton) will provide the core intellectual property
C&D Assembly (Groton) is supplying electronic board assembly and battery testing
Primet Precision Materials (Ithaca) is offering advanced processing of materials"

So around 10 companies with 3 core companies.
Magnis didn't attend presentation and failed to get a mention in webcast.

I'll stick with 'minor' until proven otherwise thanks...
