What do you think is minor about it?
Im not sure you fully understand what has happened here.
HMC are struggling to raise the equity for this fund, need to use debt to cover the purchase and at the same time the managing director has stepped down.
Pretty ugly outcome for something that really hasn't gotten off the ground yet and puts HMC balance sheet under pressure.
The huge growth amibitons HMC has are quickly being revised down by poor performance.
