Thanks for the update all!
Oh dear - looks like business as usual over at old ERJ! Incompetent employees on exorbitant salaries not meeting their KPI's. I run an international Company and can tell you that this wouldn't have gone on this long if I was in the drivers seat. They need to get rid of the hangers on and bring in a serious manager who's not scared to shake things up and make some serious progress.
It would be greatly appreciated if someone could please wake me when something happens with ERJ. For now, I'm going to go and watch some paint dry.
