The UK court does not have an option to direct the UNV Directors to disregard the City Code adopted by UNV Articles.
There is no discretion given to the court in this matter.
Looks like we can expect a higher offer from TER, but considering they are already
overstretched with the current offer I suspect they will walk away.
Good riddance to bad rubbish.
