As for a higher bid maybe they'll allow UNV to have the dividend associated with the positive financial results for the six months to Xmas and before they lobbed their bid.
Of course it's a Clayton's as this money really belongs to UNV shareholders anyway, but no doubt we might hear how wonderful TER management are increasing the bid by the dividend. Who knows.
