I'm sure they want to focus on selling and marketing the Surveillance\Video Analytics business model. That will pay the bills and much, much more. (Casinos, airports, passenger rail, drones, police and homeland security)
Once the revenue is rolling in then they can divert resources to the rollout, sales and marketing of BC Studio 2.0.
