I agree that locking down Kwinana is key at this stage. Having a MC of $250m certainly helps if we go down the equity route to top off the Export Finance Australia debt, however I suspect that Spinks is aiming for project finance with an offtake partner. Nice to have options. EGR have stated in many announcements ongoing talks with potential partners globally. I'd be most surprised if some of these weren't at an advanced stage considering we're getting to the sharp end of the battery revolution.
