This article suggests the key to LZ Nickel getting an agreement to mine Kabanga nickel deposit was the same framework as the Barrick deal plus an agreement to build a smelter. Will the Tanzanian Gover.nment expect EGR to build a Kwinana plant at Epanko?
The deal maker is apparently a chap named Palamagamba Kabudi.
