Not that I'm aware. However having MRWA approve a design for a road intersection upgrade isn't a major thing. Concept designs are done all the time at different intersections and are usually done with stakeholders consultation.

That said there will be a construction component to deliver the works. Whether this is undertaken by a MRWA regional panel contract or it goes out to tender for construct only / design and construct is yet to be communicated.

Depending on the design could be a 3 month to 6 month build at a guess.
