it will all come down to what the silver price and the lead price are doing by the end of the 2nd quarter, if China starts growing stronger than expected in the 2nd quarter we might see a revision upwards by the analysts regarding forecast lead prices which would certainly help the chances of getting finance from the banks if that happens, the silver price is the wild card and a significant jump would boost sentiment and ideally we want to see the analysts coming out with revised higher forecasts for silver as the banks will be using the forecasts to determine how much they will be prepared to lend on the project.
