It‘s no good old fashioned pump’n dump here but a facelift for the next CR which will hit now rather soon. To get the VWAP for a couple of days to acceptable levels the bookrunner will put some lipstick on the piggie’s snout. Nothing to see here, move on (but a good chance to lock in some windfalls).
