Hello. The game is the following:
1. EGR must build a mine that might currently earn US$1030/t for graphite costing US$585/t to produce. The CAPEX of this mine is unclear to me because of electricity CAPEX and other matters.
2. EGR must compete with the Chinese for whatever downstream dreams they have.
3. Below I have increased the EGR and reduced the BKT mine capex for the sharing of electricity power line construction. Still the EGR CAPEX looks understated compared to BKT.
4. I doubt any major investors will invest for "downstream". First they will invest for the mine. For me, there is no major upside for the mine at a 30 cent share price and a major investor capital raising for the mine would be done at around 5 cents per share so the investors have a 200% upside.
