A larger number of patients are required, to get accurate sensitivity and specificity.
These results are highly encouraging. As a first line test, the most important thing is high sensitivity, which it has. You don’t want it to falsely rule out a condition. More specific testing can be done later on those that test positive, to exclude the false positives.
