What I do know is if this company continues to perform then sooner or later some money will move in. Bright side is the can be bought on the cheap at the moment.
This is like the equivalent of a small cap Aussie company getting contracts with the likes of Telstra and Optus - if it weren't Chinese would be flying. I have noticed you just can't be sure about ASX listed China stocks in general - but ENC seems to be the exception that stacks up as a legitimate company.
