While the acquisition would be a excellent move for a company chasing growth, it's perplexing given their shaky financials.
A US$4 million cash payment?
Where's that coming from? Last report appears to show a serious/deadly cash flow crisis, $4.2 million in the bank, burning through $3.1 million a quarter, just 4 months cash left in bank and only $80k in income. They’ll be lucky to make payroll by November.
What gives? Can anyone explain where they get $4M in cash?
