I think in many cases it is allowed from a wealth management perspective, provided there are effective control in place to separate the board member from the decision making process. It is more likely however, that they wont buy to avoid any risk of accusations being made. Datt already holds a very solid position so cant really see any reason why they would accumulate if they have met their risk threshold.
