Why no net property / investment write downs of merits?
The largest investment, ElanorMetro and Prime Regional Hotel Fund still has its debt in default as do two other funds / syndicates, including the ElanorLuxury Hotel Fund.
Prior to suspension of the 2HFY20 dividend it is clear the dividend was actually being funded by debt and equity raisings (not so called "core earnings")
