Reading through back-posts and saw this
Ross’ reaction (unlinking you on linkedin because you didn’t vote in favour of his remuneration increase) is telling. It suggests:
a) he finds it difficult to accept criticism and insulates himself from dissenting views
b) he has an unshakable conviction that he deserves greater remuneration for the work he’s doing
c) he has a tendency to view shareholders as personal enemies
More evidence he’s the wrong person for the job.
