Day to day price movement in any stock is just noise....Unless,of course, it is impressive movement on impressive volume.
For the last 6 months ,SMA has been range bound between 1 & 2c....Any figure in this range is irrelevant.
It is important to figure out if this "consolidation" phase is a distribution or an accumulation one.
The OBV ( which is a measure of flow of money into or out of a security) gives you the answer......It has been in an upward trend in the last 6 months which favors accumulation.
A buy signal will be triggered above 2c....A clear sell signal under 1c.....Anything in between is just marking time.
The OBV has a definite bias to the upside.
