Registered address is at 15 Dalmany Road, Northbridge, which is also the residential address of Karvan Jayaweera and is also the registered address of two Companies, Inspired Investment Co Pty Ltd and Chemmet Pty Ltd. Inspired owns 45% of the Company.
Chemmet Pty Ltd also owns 6.4% of HMC, appears to have previously 100% owned PGM.
10% is owned behind a Blake Dawson shelf Company and another 10% by The Siri Group PTY. LTD, registered address 1a Napier St Drommoyne.
So, Mr Jayaweera calls the shots. will be very interesting to read the material from the Company with the rationale.
The shareholding of PGM Refiners was altered a couple of days before the announcement.
