Latest announcement suggests Hydromet is committing $3m to take 50% of PGM.
PGM is loss making. No real revenue. BArely more than a business plan
PGM has only recently established by Lakshman's family members.
It would be interesting to know who of Lakshman's family have been / are on the HMC payroll / consultants to HMC
