Yes, This first announcement was worth holding on to in a normal market.
But in this type we are now, that is actually bullish for anything OIL/GAS.
I am thinking Sk1nman might be on the ball here..

Over the years seen plenty of this and feel like this trading halt might have had more to it than it seems.
Noted: plays like this are always going to be 50/50 each-way bets.
