Who farked up the paperwork on checking the procedure that was submitted and the procedure "which should have been in writing i.e SOW" awarded with the drilling contract that lines with the submitted permit.
If it's the company, then no back charge.. if its the drill team.. then this is a back charge for sure..
Good thing, the procedure went off as planned and we are into the results and setting up for next one.
