Last i heard the stock of unused drill rigs in US was high and rising ... someone (Enervus?) maintains an index of this stuff. Onshore rigs are apparently very portable and it's the off-season for drilling in Alaska, so i wouldn't imagine BNL facing a lot of competition for the hardware.
