@johno557 the last few pages in the link detail Renergen's Tradeable Helium to create a helium price. Initially being used to raise US$25m with no debt or dilution for Renergen on this money raised as I understand it. They are close to releasing their first reserves update since Mar 2019 after successful drilling and will need substantial funds for a much larger Phase 2 plant for which this Tradeable Helium could potentially be used to raise at least part of those funds.
