I think in the brave new world it will not be fiat currencies, cryptos, or even gold that signify weath but energy, Countries and inturn thier citizens standards of living will be directly related to it. Countries that can or have vast quantities or the ability to produce it effiecently will be and remain on top. For an example China uses four times the amount of energy to produce 1 US$ worth of goods than the US and that is reflected in thier citizens average wage of only $8000 pa. Helium as a finite resource and will be a major part of the energy mix moving forward and $1000/mcf with a spot tradable mechanism in place is not unrealistic. China is energy poor and has no hellium reserves to speak of, and so will need to pay if it wants to continue to play particularly if it continues to wish to keep up with the US in the fields of medicine, rockery, space exploration etc.
