its documented throughout threads on how it plays out and I saw an interesting ROI thread on Twitter from a guy that was comparing historical data on gas/oil investments verses minerals spec's. the tread was putting forward that gas/oil punts where a better outcome over the data they where working with..
Mainly because the pre work thar had been completed before drill hits ground.
thus suggest read up on previous announcements and a few posters here that have out forward thier thoughts on the prospective outcomes.
its a mighty drilling program they have in place and so I would suggest that they have done due diligence that it is worth the cap expenditure..
