Sure, I don’t mind a delay for a good reason, but they have to announce that there has been a change, otherwise they are not compliant to ASX listing rules!
Everyone has to be held to account - they should not have given a timeframe if there was a chance it would not be met. Even the addition of the word ‘expect’ as I said before - if this were allowed to go unchallenged its all we would hear from unscrupulous operators pumping share prices before CRs!
