This market is a buying opportunity for those who built cash on the side, good risk management skills and a rational mind. Most stocks will be on discount next week and onwards.

It’s too easy for people to think short term because our brain is wired that way. It’s harder for some to think long term because you have to deliberately think long term.

We all knew US elections will create volatility and Trump’s infection has created another buying opportunity. Trump will also use this time to make sure all media attention is on him. No doubt the general public will be talking more about Trump than Biden.

What you underestimate here is that majority of the long term investors understands the nature of the company they own and the specific reasons for holding the stock. It’s all expressed in the other threads in detail.

We still have fires going on in the US, drones and 3D scanning is more important now than ever, the restrictions of Covid has created more demand for efficient methods to improve internal workflow for companies that need to manage physical assets, it is forcing film makers and game developers to innovate and think of solutions to get their hands on 3D data as travel restrictions prevent their teams from visiting sites, globally there is a push for infrastructure spending to improve economies and that will require 3D data to plan and manage.

What does this all mean? It means 3D capture data companies will be getting a lot of work, they will need powerful software to process that data quickly to service their clients. And if you monitor the drone industry on LinkedIn, TechCrunch etc etc there are new start up companies popping up on a weekly basis. All solving different problems.
