I don't know what people are so upset about. Every stock I'm watching is red, everything's red right now. The only people who really are upset are the traders because they haven't made much short term gain.
As a long term holder the acquisition of another business gives me confidence Pointerra are the real deal and making moves (albeit small at the moment) to really drive and cement themselves as a/the market leader. To me the management team have been so considered in everything they do, this move wouldn't be frivolous.
Don't be upset, applaud the purchase, hold long and have confidence these guys know what they're doing.
