It may be more useful to look at those graph lines as a range of outcomes rather then a fixed target - with the 15% quarterly growth being a potential lower bound (we would hope for a growth company to maintain 15% growth QoQ at this stage in the life) and the 30% being a potential (or unlikely but wishful) upper bound. Either way I think it's useful as a guide and easy way of displaying what the future may hold.
