It would be great if they announced a material subscription for Eversource. Interestingly, the dollars involved in what constitutes a material subscription seem to be variable (as a percentage of ACV). Some historic examples are below...

01/05/19 - ACV Update announced : $1.32m
27/05/19 - Wesfarmers Group : $5000 pcm ($60k p.a).
05/06/19 - Precision Hawk subscription upgrade : $20k pcm ($240k p.a).

It's interesting that Wesfarmers & Precision Hawk were considered worthy of an ASX announcement, however, the recent (4) month contract with Eversource (worth $600k) was not considered to be material by 3DP.

I have to say that the 3DP criteria for what constitutes a 'material subscription' is still rather opaque to me.
