A couple of years ago Pointerra was reporting new contracts that were much less than 10% - probably trying to invrease support at a time when they were not yet cashflow positive. Now I suspect Ian would like to avoid the hassle and impact on his personal time of preparing and submitting unnecessary announcements to the ASX. IIRC he once said that 90% of his time was spent in sales and marketing, so the last thing he wants is more bureaucracy.
