What does come out through reading the update (for example in the utility explorer section) is that the datasets and tools seem incredibly complex for the companies to understand, so it looks like 3DP is having to build dashboards and provide actionable analysis which is great because its an upsell (AaaS and DPaas), but I imagine this is quite a big blockage to sell the service (the clients including c-suite execs don't seem to understand the potential hence the need to do these dashboards/summeries and then also demonstrate how that translates to something actionable. Hopefully they can leverage all the work they have put into this exercise and it improves their ability to sell/upsell to clients. I'm sure these utility, power and infrastructure companies have smart engineers, but this seems like a different skillset that you have to master, and 3DP should understand their audience & how to pitch their product.
On the other hand, when you look at the mining update, it shows that miners are already leveraging tools like drones to monitor things like roads etc, but don't have the toolsets to easily interpret the data....so that should in theory be an easier sell.....and potentially 3DP can leverage the data to show the client more use cases with the data collected.

What is harder to understand is Cash receipts....of only 1.45m and 4.1m for 4Q21 and FY21 respectively. I understand clients paying monthly/quarterly/annually/upfront etc, but they had ACV of USD4.93 in 1Q21.......they should have at least collected close to that amount by June21.

The quarterly cash receipts (AUD 0.6, AUD 0.6m, AUD 1.4m, AUD 1.5m) seems quite divorced from the ACV numbers - FY2020 ACV & Receipts seems to make sense, but I can't get my head around why FY21 cash receipts are so low relative to ACV......can someone help me understand under what payment terms we are so low.
