    • All customers have different payment cycles.
    • The timing is never perfect and need to get your head around that.
    • US tax year is not the same as Australia's.
    • The key metric is ACV growth... Revenue is secondary.
    • This is the same for all ACV / ARR business's.
    • Take other ASX listed coy's eg (BTH, WSP etc) all have are ACV / ARR driven businesses.
