    Board, CEO and Senior Management (insiders) are all aligned with shareholders.
    (eg 'insiders' have around ~ 39% of the company)
    It's their vision they we are hitching our boats too.
    They have 'skin in the game' and that is worth something.
    This is an 'emerging company' and need to be patient.
