They are essentially signalling that should they target to acquire a Company, any such deal will most likely be funded by issuing Pointerra shares to that Company opposed to funding via a Capital Raise or Bank debt funded or by using cash reserves.
In doing this, they onboard the acquired Company's human capital and by this group owning Pointerra shares ( opposed to receiving cash) their interests are perfectly aligned from Day 1.
