The company has recently released a few positive annoucements and each has been sold into. So either someone is using these liquidity events to exit/reduce a big position or another someone is suppressing the sentiment and the share price to accumulate. Pick your poison
Add to the above the interest rates story and likely the fact that a significant number of market participants believe that Pointerra will have to raise capital sometime soon to accelerate growth
