Have been waiting for a shareholder notice for quite a while now, none forthcoming, so no real evidence of large shareholder either reducing or adding.
Where is the evidence of "significant number of market participants believe that Pointerra will have to raise capital sometime soon to accelerate growth".
The CEO has been steadfast that they will not raise capital, and will fund growth through operating cashflow and acquisition of human capital through share allocation, hence skin in the game.
