There is a reason why the quarterly cut and paste reference to payments has been used over and over , and it is because its the most clear explanation that they can (/decided) to disclose with shareholders.
Just because we do not like the cash receipt figure does not mean the company is in the wrong not to disclose more detailed information.
It is what it is (hence the reason we are stuck in this 0.2 range as well now)
