Perhaps "must-have", but it appears they also have taken the approach of "don't need to pay"
ACV and cash are directionally linked, but that seems to be where the relationship ends; at some point mgmt have to answer the question that is in everybodies heads i.e. how are they measuring ACV because it certainly isn't translating into cash receipts (and what is even more egregious is that ACV is in USD and cash is in AUD......so that USD9.8m ACV in 4Q21 translates to ~AUD13-14m, so ACV reporting is not correct IMO.
