Not going to happen.
PH really needed the additional WC after going a bit too hard/too early on a few acquisistions in 2018 and have even let a few people go this year. This capital is to restore the PH ship and not for M&A.

I raised more than an eyebrow when 3DP said it was getting the DPaaS money partly-up-front...highly unusual terms for any stable, well funded client...which PH obviously wasn't at the time.

So its fantastic that PH has shored itself up and can continue to grow the profitable relationship with 3DP.

Gee, wouldn't it be good to get a pre-Xmas update rather than wait for Jan 31?
